Project Overview

PROSPERH is a Horizon Europe-funded research project that aims to improve physical and mental health in workplaces.

The five-year Project is developing and then validating a multi-level intervention, to be hosted in the PROSPERH Portal, with companies from eleven countries in the Construction and Health sectors and those with Telework and ICT-based mobile work employees.

Project Aims

PROSPERH will:

  • Gather timely data and robust evidence on factors influencing mental and physical health in the workplace from the literature and analyse existing high-quality data sets.

  • Develop and validate a PROSPERH multi-level Intervention to target work, peer and worker aspects focussing on health promotion, online self-monitoring and management, and clinical care referral pathways

  • Design and tailor content for the PROSPERH Portal for work sectors (health, construction) and approaches telework and ICT- based mobile work) experiencing significant change and validate it in ten European countries plus Australia to determine effectiveness and cost-effectiveness.
