Project Overview
PERMANENS is a project studying the Personalised Clinical Management of Self-Harm.
Project Aims
PERMANENS aims to incorporate data-driven risk assessment and evidence-based care components into emergency clinical care for individuals with self-harm.
The project will create a medical software prototype that assists clinicians in delivering personalised assessments and care to patients arriving at the emergency department with a heightened risk of self-harm or suicide.
This software will harness the power of AI to provide precise risk assessments and access evidence-based information, enabling the identification of effective treatment options tailored to each patient’s unique needs and risk profile.
